I rented a Renault Taliant or similar vehicle from Nissa Car Rental in Antalya for the period 22.11.2025–07.12.2025 and paid a deposit of 502,19 euros. I returned the car without any damage, and there were no issues noted at the time of return. Despite this, my deposit of 502,19 euros has not been refunded to me. I have tried to contact Nissa Car Rental regarding the missing refund, but I have not received any response. I request that my 502,19 euro deposit be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing about the reason for this delay.
