Acer Iconia TAB P10 Battery Issues Not Fixed After Multiple Service Attempts

I purchased the Acer Iconia TAB P10, and the tablet has been experiencing battery problems where it shuts down after reaching 70% and only powers back on at 1%. I sent it to service twice in a row, and both times they claimed to have "fixed the issue." However, the problem persisted upon each return. I informed them it was still faulty, and they told me to send it in again. Despite the tablet being under warranty, the service team doesn’t seem to be conducting proper repairs or even addressing the issue. I’m preparing to send it in for a third time, but I doubt anything will change. Acer needs to take responsibility and provide a real solution!
