Samsung S6 Lite Tablet Shows Charging Icon but Does Not Charge, No Solution!

My S6 Lite tablet has stopped charging. The charging icon shows up, yet the battery remains empty. Even with numerous complaints regarding this issue, a resolution has yet to be offered. I bought this tablet four years back and have consistently handled it with care. Suddenly facing a problem, I find myself with a non-functioning device, and since the warranty has expired, I'm left in a tough spot. I anticipated more effective support, particularly for a problem that appears to be widespread among other users. It's disappointing to witness a lack of progress or solutions being provided, especially after all the feedback given. I think it’s important for the brand to tackle this ongoing problem and offer support to dedicated customers such as myself. I look forward to a satisfactory resolution being provided soon.
