I have been using my Samsung A54 for just 1.5 years, and recently, the battery percentage got stuck at 100%. No matter how much I use the phone, the charge indicator never decreases, yet the phone eventually shuts down when the battery actually runs out.
I sent the device to Samsung warranty service, expecting a solution, but when I got it back, nothing had changed. The problem remains the same. This is extremely frustrating—a device that is just over a year old should not be having such a major issue.
