Every time I plug it in, it says it's charging, but it doesn't actually charge, I brought my tablet to Teknosa for fixing and waited for like 20 days. Finally got it back with a new charging cable and adapter. They said it was charged up to 82%. But when I plugged it in for the first charge, I ran into the same problem again. I sent it back to the service center right away. I got my tablet back from the service center and took it to Teknosa store to test it out. Even after keeping it plugged in for an hour, it was pretty clear that the tablet wasn't charging. It was sent back to the service center again, no time wasted. it's so annoying! Even though I've had a ton of issues and tried to get it fixed a bunch of times, they still won't give me a replacement when I asked for one. It's pretty obvious that they're not really listening to my worries.
