I Noticed Neutrogena Intense Repair Cream Changed Formula and Now It Feels Sticky

I’ve been a loyal Neutrogena user for years and always relied on the Neutrogena Intense Repair Cream as my go-to moisturizer. But the last tube I purchased felt completely different—and not in a good way. The cream no longer hydrates my skin properly. Instead of leaving my skin smooth and moisturized like before, it now feels sticky and greasy. Even worse, it leaves strange residue or particles on my skin that look like dirt being rubbed off.

At first, I thought I had bought a fake product, but after checking the packaging and sourcing, it’s definitely authentic. This leads me to believe Neutrogena has silently changed the formula—and not for the better.

Why would a trusted skincare brand alter such a popular and effective product without clearly informing customers? The new formula is unusable for me, and I’m extremely disappointed. Please address this change and bring back the original formulation that actually worked. I also request a refund or exchange, as the current product quality is unacceptable.
