Zyxel Modem VMG3312-810A V2 Does Not Work After Power Cut

I have a ZyXEL modem VMG3312-810A v2. Whenever there's a power cut and the modem restarts, the internet doesn't work. ZyXEL Turkey hasn't assisted me; the software doesn't update, and 100AAJA6 doesn't install. Although I have a good internet connection of 50 MB, the modem doesn't activate after a power cut. Consequently, my home camera doesn't work due to the lack of internet. The ZyXEL Turkey assistant advised me to buy a new modem, which is unacceptable considering the amount I paid for it. Interestingly, I have the same modem in my summer house, and it's functioning properly. How can I remotely connect to the modem to troubleshoot? I've already opened ports for remote management and attempted to log in remotely with a different IP address, but it doesn't reconnect. Who should I reach out to for help?
