Amazon Not Delivering Shipping
I ordered a modem from Amazon's shopping site. The order was given to AGT cargo on July 21st, with distribution set for July 24th. However, it did not go as planned, and although they claimed it was ready for delivery on July 25th, no package arrived. On July 26th, they stated that it was out for delivery once more, but there was still no sign of the shipment. Despite multiple calls to the cargo company over two days, they keep giving me the same distribution response. I notified Amazon customer service, who contacted the cargo company for an explanation, but the product has yet to be delivered. When I requested a refund, they casually suggested that I wait another day for the delivery and then request a refund if it did not arrive. I'm beginning to doubt the product's quality, and this experience has shaken my faith in Amazon's global shopping reputation. They don't seem to care about delivery or return; it's a frustrating nightmare.
