ZyXEL Modem Power Button Collapsed After Just One Week of Use

I purchased a ZyXEL modem and handled it carefully, never dropping it. However, the power button collapsed into the device after just one week of use. I sent it to the technical service center, clearly explaining the situation. Despite this, they returned the modem, claiming it was my fault, without providing any repair or explanation.

When I called for clarification, I was told that no resolution would be provided and that if I sent the device back, I would need to cover both the shipping and repair costs. The representative even stated I could file complaints wherever I wanted.

This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I am urgently requesting a resolution from ZyXEL and expect a responsible response to this issue. If not resolved, I will pursue legal action.
