Paid for Hotpoint Washing Machine Repair, Still Not Working

I reported an issue with my Hotpoint washing machine on October 17, 2024, and the service team collected it for repairs the next day. By October 21, 2024, they returned the machine, but it still didn’t work. I paid ₺7500 for this supposed repair.
The machine was taken back to the workshop, but as of November 28, 2024, I still haven’t received it. The service team has been unresponsive, and when I requested a refund, they outright refused, claiming the machine is still under repair. Their dismissive attitude—telling me to “complain wherever you like”—shows complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
Meanwhile, the machine's body sits at home, useless, while its main components remain in the service center. I demand either a full refund or a replacement for the faulty machine. This issue needs immediate resolution.
