I purchased a Vestel dishwasher with an active warranty from Zoroğlu Shopping Center. The machine first broke down on June 25, 2024, and I contacted Vestel service. After the technician came to my home and performed a free repair, the problem was not resolved. On June 29, 2024, I reported that the issue persisted and requested another repair, but the problem remained unsolved. The service team visited my home again, yet the issue continued. On September 2, 2024, a new service request was created, and the machine was taken to the workshop. Despite this, the problem was not fixed, leading to another service request on September 3, 2024. Over the following months, I repeatedly contacted the Vestel Aydın authorized service on various dates, including September 5, 7, and 9, but no solution was found. The machine was sent to the workshop multiple times and returned without being repaired. I filed additional service requests on December 20, 2024, and December 23, 2024, but the visiting technicians still failed to resolve the issue. Another request was made on December 30, 2024, and again in January 2025, when the machine was once more sent to the workshop. On January 14, 2025, the workshop process ended, but the machine was returned with the problem unresolved.
Since the issue was not addressed despite numerous attempts and I have been dealing with this situation for a prolonged period, I requested a replacement for the machine on January 14. However, Vestel contacted me and proposed further repair instead of a replacement. I declined, as repairs had already been attempted for months without success, and I reiterated my demand for a product exchange. The representative assured me that I would be contacted again, but no further communication occurred, and my problem remains unresolved.
