I previously sent my Karcher pressure washer to the Istanbul service center due to issues with water leakage and inconsistent pressure and noise levels. After numerous long waits on phone calls, exceeding the legal response time, and even lodging a complaint on the platform, I finally received a response. They claimed that the repairs were completed and the faulty part was replaced. However, since I don't frequently use the machine, I only realized the issue had recurred when I needed it again.

I contacted Karcher and was instructed to package my machine and the faulty part. According to a message from shipping company, my machine was delivered to Karcher on August 7, 2024, at 13:15. Despite the legal timeframe for repairs having passed by last week, I received no updates or feedback. When I called Karcher myself, I was told that someone would get back to me, but no response followed.

I'm reaching out because, as you're aware, repairs and replacements have a 6-month warranty. I expect my machine's issue to be resolved promptly without losing my rights, as I trusted the reliability of the global Karcher brand. I urge you to resolve my problem as soon as possible; otherwise, I reserve my rights to escalate the matter through media and social platforms by September 10, 2034.

I had serviced my Karcher brand K2 pressure washer in May by replacing the water spray nozzle due to the same malfunction and long duration. The same malfunction occurred again, and it was sent to the service center with the tracking number "Cas3446290x4T6" on 07.07.2024. Despite the time that has passed, no response or progress has been recorded in response to my calls. The service previously stated that the warranty period for the replaced part is 6 months, and during this delayed period, all kinds of negligence are being experienced by Karcher. While reserving my consumer rights, media, social media, and legal rights, I am applying regarding this brand and request that the necessary actions be taken as soon as possible to repair and return my machine in a sound condition.

The delivery and service time of the Karcher brand, with all the complaints over this period and our communication with the Istanbul central customer service and even with the service officer Mr. Gökay himself, has been more than 10 days since he personally said that they would get back to us regarding our issue as soon as possible.
