My Calvin Klein Bag Order Arrived Stained, and Return Request Rejected

How could they not determine the bag was unused in their inspection? I purchased the product from Boyner Sakarya, and I am a loyal customer there. I have bought numerous bags, wallets, and perfumes from Calvin Klein and other brands at Boyner. We thought Calvin Klein, being a global brand, was synonymous with quality, but it seems the brand doesn't stand behind any of its products despite its popularity and reputation. If this product goes through your quality control, then the fault lies with the seller. I hold neither of these companies blameless, and it's disheartening to see even giant brands neglecting their customers.
