Victoria's Secret App Fails Twice - Missing Gifts & Empty Gift Bag

I'm really disappointed with Victoria's Secret and their app service. It just didn't meet my expectations. I've had problems with my purchases not once, but twice. So, get this. The first time around, I was told I'd get this awesome gift bag with my order. But guess what? Not only did my stuff not show up on time, which meant I had to go to the store and pay more for them, but I never even got that promised bag. Can you believe it? So, in my second try, I was told to pick out some stuff for a gift bag. I did just that, but then I ended up getting a tiny bag that cost ₺2150. Can you believe it? Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was empty. After being a loyal customer for five years, I must say that I am quite disappointed and have decided not to shop here anymore.
