I Face Zwilling Refund Delay After Return Delivered on February 25

I returned a Zwilling product, and the company received it on February 25. Despite contacting them repeatedly for days to follow up on my refund, the payment has still not been processed. On top of that, even though they received the return on February 25, they claim that the return process only started on February 27—arbitrarily adding two extra days and effectively extending the refund timeline.

I have made returns to many different companies before, but I have never experienced such an unreasonable delay. It feels like the process is being intentionally prolonged to avoid issuing the refund. Instead of using the actual delivery date of the returned product, they are choosing a later date to delay the process even further.

I request that my refund be processed immediately and that the unnecessary delay tactics be stopped. This kind of handling is unacceptable and damages trust in the brand.
