On February 10, 2025, I placed an order on Getir, but one of the items was incorrect. I requested a refund, and they claimed it was processed, yet I never received any money back.
This is not the first time this has happened—the same issue has occurred multiple times, and every time, they insist the refund was issued, but it never reflects in my account.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously. Getir must fix their refund process and ensure customers actually receive their money when they are owed a refund. I want my refund issued immediately, and I won’t continue using a service that repeatedly fails to correct its mistakes!
