Zara Refund Delayed After Return – Still No Money for Order

I placed an order on Zara, which was delivered on January 25. I returned it just two days later, on January 27. However, my refund has still not been processed. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed that the return reached their warehouse, but that was weeks ago! There is no valid reason for this delay. I have never experienced such an issue with Zara before, but this is completely unacceptable. The item cost ₺1690, and I am not in a position to throw away my money. I demand an immediate refund for my returned product. Zara must take responsibility and process refunds in a timely manner instead of making customers wait indefinitely!
