50+ Days and Still No Car! Zurich Sigorta Disappointment

They told us to go to Homer Oto Servis, which is an official service place for them. We brought our car there on June 12, 2023, with the idea that they would only change the left rear stoplight and rear bumper. What, though? I still haven't gotten my car back after more than 50 days. I've called the customer service center more than once, but all they do is give me excuses. "We're waiting for the part," they tell you. But what do you know? On July 18, 2023, they put in the order for my part. How could that be? My car has been at the service shop for 37 days, but nothing has been done with it. I can't stand Homer Servis and Zurich Sigorta anymore. They've done nothing but let us down. They keep playing tricks on me and telling me lies. It's like they don't care at all about my time or trouble. I put my faith in Zurich Sigorta and their approved service center, which I really regret now. This whole thing has been a huge disappointment. I still don't have my car back, and I don't know when I will. This whole thing is so frustrating and annoying to me. Homer Servis and Zurich Sigorta, you need to get your act together and take responsibility for this mess. I want my car back immediately. This kind of service is not good enough, and you've lost me as a customer.
