The Grievance Caused by Zurich Insurance

On 03/09/2025, I went for a vehicle inspection in Mersin with my car, license plate 33 ELH 82, and failed due to the handbrakes not holding strongly enough, so I scheduled a re-inspection for 17/09/2025. However, on 04/09/2025, an accident occurred when a closed-body Doblo with license plate 33 ANN 754 rolled back uncontrollably and severely damaged the front of my car. After the investigation, it was determined that I was 100% not at fault, and I applied to the other party’s insurance, Zurich Insurance (file no: 1280678). Despite my car still being at the body shop of Durmuş Usta in Mersin, Zurich Insurance has been seriously delaying the repair process and worsening my grievance. For 14 days I have been forced to work with borrowed vehicles, and the amount of my business loss is uncertain. I had to postpone my re-inspection first to 17/09/2025 and then again to 25/09/2025 because my car was not repaired. As my house is rented and my only source of income is working with my car, my hardship is growing each day. I have called Zurich Insurance many times, but they only said a request was created and that they are waiting for approval from the claims chief. The claims expert said he is waiting for approval from the insurance company. No one provides clear information, and I am the one suffering through this entire process. No additional documents or papers have been requested, I am only told to wait. I demand that my car be repaired as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved. If I cannot receive my car before 25/09/2025, I will also lose my inspection fee, and my financial losses will increase further. I am filing this complaint because of Zurich Insurance’s indifference and delays, and I urgently expect a solution and support.
