Zip Car Charged Me for Someone Else's Traffic Tickets

I have not rented a vehicle from Zip Car in nearly two years. Today, while reviewing my Yapı Kredi bank account, I noticed that I had been charged for two traffic fines issued under someone else's name.

I checked the official government records through e-Devlet, and there are no traffic fines associated with me. These charges do not belong to me, yet I am apparently being billed for violations issued in another person's name.

I urgently request that Zip Car investigate this matter, reverse these incorrect charges immediately, and explain why I am being charged for traffic fines that are not mine.
