Zip Car Charged Me for Damage I Never Caused

Zip Car is demanding payment for damage that I am not responsible for in connection with my vehicle rentals on December 29, 2022, and February 16, 2023. The company waited nearly a year after both rentals before contacting me about these alleged damages.

I was not involved in any accident or incident during either reservation, and I did not return the vehicles with any damage. I completely dispute these claims and refuse to pay for damages that I did not cause.

If this matter is not resolved, I will pursue all available legal remedies. I request that Zip Car immediately cancel these unjustified charges and correct my account.
