I bought my girlfriend a diamond ring, but after five days I chose to return it. People told me they wouldn't take the return or that if they did, I would only get half of what I paid. This doesn't seem fair and goes against customer rights. If I had asked their customer service for a reasonable answer, they would not listen to me. I just want the ring to be sent back and my money back in full. I feel let down by the whole thing, and I don't understand why these rules are in place.
