Duolingo App's Refund Issue is Yet to Be Solved

I'm really unhappy with how refunds work in the Duolingo app and how Google doesn't seem to care about its customers. I asked for my money back on the app for something I didn't remember buying, and the app said they gave me my money back. Even though they approved my request over five days ago, I still haven't received the money back. It's frustrating that Google doesn't have a phone number I can call for customer support. I don't know if I'll ever get my refund. It's not okay for Duolingo to cheat its customers by showing that refunds have been processed when they haven't actually been paid yet. It's ridiculous that Google, a company worth billions of dollars, doesn't have a phone number for customer service where users can get help. I think Duolingo and Google should fix this problem and do better with customer service in the future. When customers buy or return things, they should be treated with respect and honesty.
