I ordered a Gen 5 as a birthday gift for my spouse. Despite 48 hours passing since the order on Dyson's official website, no order was placed, and I received no messages or emails. When I contacted customer service, all they said was that they would take action if the order didn't go through after 48 hours. After 48 hours passed, I called again, and now they're making me wait, saying they'll get back to me in another 48 hours. This is truly unacceptable; I've been left out of pocket. I had allocated my entire budget for this product, and now I couldn't even get it as a gift. I demand that my grievance be addressed promptly. Despite calling multiple times over the past 5 days, I haven't received any response. This situation does not reflect well on the Dyson brand. Frankly, this experience has left me quite disillusioned with your brand.
