Paid for Diamonds in Hay Day, No Delivery or Refund Provided

I made a payment in Hay Day expecting to receive diamonds, but I never got them. Despite contacting support multiple times, they refuse to refund my money or provide the diamonds I paid for. Every time I reach out, they dismiss my requests, saying they can't help with refunds. This is unacceptable, and I’m determined to pursue my rights to get my money back. If support can't assist with such a basic issue, what are they even there for? I’ve been trying to resolve this for a while now, and I expect immediate action to either deliver the diamonds or refund my payment.
