Trendyol Refused to Accept Return of 14 Carat Gold Ring I Bought

I bought a 14-carat gold ring from a seller on Trendyol, and although the product page clearly states there is a free return within 15 days, they refuse to accept the return, claiming that gold products are non-returnable. If returns aren’t accepted, then why advertise a 15-day free return policy? It hasn’t even been a week since I purchased the item, and I can’t understand how they’re allowed to reject the return like this. This is nothing but taking advantage of customers. We might not like the ring and want to return it—that’s a basic right. I feel completely victimized and demand a proper resolution.
