Misleading Promotion? Zen Diamond Denies Gift after High-Value Purchase

In December, Zen Diamond convinced me to purchase a diamond ring by emphasizing the limited-time promotion. Unfortunately, there was no present to go along with it. Now, in February, the promotion is still ongoing and customers who spend ₺15,000 are being offered a complimentary necklace. Even though I just spent ₺22,000, I was disappointed when I reached out to their Instagram account today to inquire about the promotion and they turned me down. What did I do wrong? Is it frowned upon to make my purchases ahead of time?
