iyzico ₺1000 Discount Promotion Misleading No Reward After Payment

On November 2, while shopping on a website, I saw the message “pay with Iyzico and instantly get a ₺1000 discount,” so I decided to make my payment through the Iyzico app. However, even after completing the payment, the reward wasn’t loaded into the app. When I reached out to Iyzico about this, I was told that I needed to join the campaign before making the payment. There was no such notice on the site. Later, when I shared this experience on social media, I discovered that this issue is widespread among Iyzico users, with many others facing the same problem. It’s hard to understand how Iyzico thinks this kind of misleading promotion wouldn’t damage their reputation in the age of social media. Like many other customers, I’ve now removed the app from my phone and will cancel my registered card due to security concerns. I have no intention of dealing with an app that inconveniences and disrespects customers over a simple discount.
