Missed Out Reward Points Due to Zara Payment Method

I made online purchases from Zara on June 7 and June 8, 2024. I had enrolled in Yapı Kredi's campaign, which offered ₺60 ParaPuan for purchases over ₺1000. However, since the online payments were processed through VakıfBank's POS system, I did not receive the ₺120 ParaPuan I was entitled to.
When I called customer service, there was no live support, and I was directed to Zara's online chat. Despite explaining my issue, I kept receiving the same response: "We do not have a ParaPuan program, please contact your bank."
I reached out to Yapı Kredi's customer service, and they informed me that I should check if Zara has an agreement with Yapı Kredi. If so, I should request that my transaction be canceled and reprocessed through Yapı Kredi's POS system. However, I couldn't convey this to Zara, nor could I find anyone to assist me.
I had planned to make two more purchases over ₺1000, but I decided against it due to this issue. I have made three other purchases from different companies under this campaign without any problems, and the ParaPuan was credited to my account. It seems that Zara might be using different bank POS systems due to quota limitations, but I couldn't have known this. During online transactions, I choose Visa, but I cannot see which POS system is used. This issue is either a mistake on their part or intentional, but I did not receive my ₺120 ParaPuan and feel wronged.
Please resolve this issue. If necessary, I can return the items to the store and repurchase them. Otherwise, I'm so frustrated by this lack of support that I might return everything as soon as they arrive.
