Samsung Dropped Sale Price Of S21 FE, Also Forgot To Honor Give Aways

On May 22nd and May 23rd, 2023, I purchased two phones, an A73 and an S21 FE model, from the Samsung store in İzmir Datapark. For the A73 model, I opted for a 9-month installment plan with an additional 2,000 TL in installment fees. Even though I didn't need it, they offered to sell me the S21 FE model for 17,000 TL with a 9-month installment plan at the current price, interest-free. I agreed and made the purchase, but due to being busy, I didn't set up the phone right away.Two days later, when I checked the Samsung website, I saw that the price of the S21 FE had dropped to 14,800 TL and there was also a long-running promotion offering free Buds earphones. I learned that the store hadn't given me the free earphones and that the price had decreased by 2,000 TL just two days after my purchase. When I contacted Samsung customer service, they told me they couldn't do anything about the price drop and claimed that the promotion for the 1,500 TL worth of free earphones had ended. However, I later found out from a Samsung representative that the promotion was still ongoing. It's truly disappointing. When I called the Samsung Datapark Store, they said, "We assumed you didn't need the earphones because you didn't ask for them." When I mentioned that they didn't inform me about the promotion when I bought the phone, they started making nonsensical excuses, saying things like, "We gave you an installment plan and deducted the interest fees." How can they plan things without my knowledge about the earphones? I told them I would return the phone and use the withdrawal fee, but they insisted that I should return it to Samsung as if they were not Samsung themselves. I explained all of this to the Samsung Customer Relations Solution Center representative. They offered me a coupon worth 500 TL for future purchases on their website as a gesture of goodwill, but I declined. It seemed like the Samsung Solution Center had limited authority. It's truly disappointing. You have let us down in terms of trust, credibility, professionalism, and your brand reputation.
