On November 14, 2025, at around 11:00, I applied through Enpara for the 75,000 ₺, 6-month, 0% interest loan campaign. After applying, I received a notification saying that I was approved for a 25,000 ₺, 3-month loan instead. Because of this, I proceeded to open an account with Enpara. However, when I reapplied for the loan after opening the account, I then received a message stating, “Your loan was not approved due to our bank’s policy.” If my loan is not going to be approved, why am I receiving notifications saying “your limit is approved and ready”? This is completely misleading and deceptive. I contacted Enpara customer service about the situation and ended up closing all my accounts because of this experience. I do not want people to be misled in this way, and I expect Enpara to be more transparent and honest about these matters.
