Zara lost my orders in transit

I recently ordered some clothes from Zara and unfortunately, my package got lost in transit. I reached out to Zara customer service to report the issue and ask for a replacement of the same items, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to be able to help me at all. All they offered was a refund, but I really wanted the clothes I had ordered. It's really disappointing when companies don't take responsibility for lost packages and don't do more to make it right for the customer. This problem is very frustrating and very demoralizing. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and if they had any advice on how to get my package delivered to me. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
