Zara Still Hasn’t Refunded My Returned Order After Shipping Damage on March 21


I’m beyond frustrated with Zara and need this issue resolved immediately. I placed an order on March 21, and the shipping company returned it directly to Zara without delivering it to me, stating that the package was damaged. Since then, I’ve received no refund and no exchange—absolutely nothing.
In any normal online shopping experience, a return like this would result in an automatic refund, but here I am, still waiting weeks later. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and every conversation ends with no action taken. It’s exhausting and infuriating.
I’ve heard similar complaints from many friends, and I now understand why. Zara, refund my money immediately. I shouldn’t have to beg for a refund on an item I never even received. After this experience, I’m done—never again.
