Zara's Vanishing Act - Unreachable Orders and Unsettled Refunds

placed an order about 12 days ago, and it's like my items have vanished into thin air. Not only can I not reach the courier to play detective, but Zara's customer service is also MIA. Frustrated doesn't even begin to cover it. I decide I've had enough and try to cancel my order, thinking it's the logical escape route. But hold on, Zara hits me with a "we'll refund your money once the order comes back to us" line, heard it like a thousand times... Problem is, my orders are playing hide and seek, and I'm left empty-handed. This is the last straw for me. Zara, you've lost a customer, if you care.
