Zara Shipped My Order in Two Parts—One Piece Is Missing

I’m beyond frustrated with my recent Zara online shopping experience. I ordered two items, and while the first one arrived without issue, the second item has mysteriously vanished. The courier marked it as delivered at a ridiculous hour during the night, but there was no knock, no doorbell, and certainly no package. I’ve been home the entire time—nothing was left at my door, and no neighbors saw anything.
Trying to get help has been a nightmare. The shipping company won’t answer calls or messages, and Zara’s so-called “customer service” is non-existent. There’s no human to talk to—just a useless chatbot on WhatsApp that keeps looping me through automated responses. There’s no accountability, no real-time support, and definitely no resolution.
This is unacceptable for a brand of Zara’s size. I want my missing item or a full refund immediately. Zara, fix your logistics and start taking responsibility for lost packages. Customers deserve real support—not bots and dead ends.
