Zara Order Disaster: Lost Package, No Refund
With my Zara order, I've been dealing with a nightmare situation. Despite checking the status of my order every day, it has not arrived. Apparently, Hepsijet couldn't find my address, tried to call but couldn't reach me, and eventually returned the package to Zara. When I asked for the same package to be returned to me, Zara informed me that they no longer had it. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive a refund, and there is no one from Zara I can contact about this matter. This whole ordeal has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. It's incredible that a reputable company like Zara can mishandle orders to this extent without a proper customer service system in place to address such issues. This ordeal has left me without my order and with no idea how to recover my money.
