Zara Delayed My Refund Despite Returning Items Weeks Ago
I returned some of the items I purchased online from the Zara app using return number 5306***52. Although the products were delivered on February 7, my refund has not been processed. Customer representatives say the return must be fully reviewed first. Zara’s website states that items sent via courier will be processed within 72 hours. However, when I pointed this out, they claimed that the 72-hour period only refers to the start of processing, not its completion. In other words, they will start the process within 72 hours, but there’s no telling how long it will take. I don’t need to know when you will start; I need to know when it will be completed. Why should I care about your processing timeline? :) Such ridiculous explanations only damage your reputation. Unfortunately, Zara has completely failed at finding a solution to this issue.
