Zara Hasn’t Refunded My Returned Item Even After 6 Days of Silence

I returned an item from my Zara order #5367*59, and it was delivered to the warehouse on 04/04/2025. Today is 10/04/2025, and I still haven’t received my refund or even a confirmation that the return has been processed.
According to the Zara app, return inspections are completed within 72 hours, and a confirmation email is sent once the review is done. Well, it’s now day six, and I’ve heard nothing. I contacted customer service, but they’re unable to give me any clear information or timeline.
Zara, this delay is unacceptable. I followed your return process exactly and now expect you to process my refund immediately. Don’t keep customers waiting in the dark—do what’s right.
