Unresolved Refund Issue with Zara Order
On June 5th, I received my order number 5328*****19 from Zara. Subsequently, I returned two items within five days. The courier company successfully delivered the items to Zara, and my return was approved on June 14th, but the refund has not been processed yet. When I inquired with live support, they informed me that the return was processed and I should contact my bank. However, my bank confirmed that no such refund was received. Despite being advised to continuously contact the bank, I've initiated an investigation as I no longer believe their claim. It's June 27th today, and the investigation is still ongoing. Although the return was accepted, the responsible link in the WhatsApp support terminated the conversation of their own accord, and I have not received any response.
