Zara Hasn’t Refunded My Returned Order After 3 Days and Gives No Clear Timeline
I returned my Zara items under order number 5410*36, and the return was marked as delivered on Monday. It’s now been three days, and the return status still shows as “pending.” I contacted customer service, and to my shock, they said there is no legal time limit for the return inspection process.
How is it possible that there’s no clear timeline? Meanwhile, I’m expected to pay off my credit card bill—which includes the cost of items I no longer even have. Zara is holding onto my money with no accountability, while I’m left to deal with the financial burden.
Zara, I expect the refund to be processed immediately. You have the returned products, and I’ve upheld my part of the transaction. Stop making excuses and resolve this issue now—your customers deserve better.
