Zara Charged My Card Twice, Refund Not Granted

ZARA Turkey charged my credit card twice, they grabbed 3198.90 TL and 3397.95 TL from me? I didn't waste any time after noticing. I contacted my bank and ZARA to inform them of the situation. My bank, GARANTI BBVA, was on top of it right quickly and terminated my card. But here's the thing: ZARA's customer service is a shambles. It's like talking to a brick wall! The only responses I received were from WhatsApp bots, and they were absolutely unhelpful. I informed them of the charges and requested a refund, but nothing happened. They're not doing anything, which is quite aggravating. I trusted them as a brand, but now I'm completely disappointed. This entire ZARA experience has been nothing but disappointing. I'm at a loss on what to do. I simply want my money back, and I need it fast! ZARA must accept responsibility for the catastrophe they have caused. It's not cool to play with other people's money in this way. They'd best remedy this problem and demonstrate some dependability, or they'll lose a customer for good.
