Zara has not refunded the money for the products I returned and delivered to them in my order 52875127023 for 2 weeks. And we can no longer talk to the customer representative on the phone. We meet on WhatsApp or with the live assistant. A virtual meeting is a separate problem, it makes you feel as if they are not addressing you. My 4th or 5th Correspondence in the last 1 week. And what they finally told me today is that there is no stock placed on their side from the returned packages. In short, it seems like Zara will not refund my approximately 2500 TL. If it is not returned, I will seek my rights through legal means. In my opinion, when returning your products, return them to the store, not online, so that you do not become a victim like me
