I placed an order on Zara’s website on May 23 and canceled it just a few minutes later. Despite canceling almost immediately, my card was still charged, and I have yet to receive my refund. It’s now been nearly two weeks, and the amount is still showing on my card statement. Every time I contact Zara’s customer service, I’m told to “wait 14 days,” as if that’s an acceptable excuse. Well, 14 days have come and gone—still no refund in sight.
What’s even worse is the indifference from Zara’s support team. They show zero urgency or responsibility. I canceled the order the same day—it shouldn’t take this long to get my ₺ back. It’s demoralizing to be treated like this by a global brand.
Zara needs to take accountability, process my refund immediately, and stop brushing off customers with empty responses. I want my money returned now—no more delays, no more excuses.
