My order, numbered 52869203403 on June 15, 2023, via Zara's application, was canceled by Zara the following day due to unavailability. They assured me a refund within 14 business days. As I bought the product in 3 installments, the first was already paid by the refund due date. Subsequently, I made the 2nd installment payment but didn't receive the refund. Attempting to contact them via WhatsApp resulted in absurd answers, perhaps automated. Their call center numbers found online have been inactive for months. I find it perplexing that a company like Zara lacks a direct contact number. Upon discussing the issue with Yapı Kredi, the bank handling the card, they stated Zara confirmed shipping the product, leading to the bank withdrawing the funds. I disputed the transaction through the bank and complained to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. After my objection, the bank refunded the expense in July. Regrettably, on October 23, 2023, Zara claimed to the bank that the product was sent, revoking my expense objection and recharging me. The product was priced at 999.95 TL. I intend to escalate my grievances. If Zara insists on shipping the product, I demand shipment details and the product's invoice. I insist on an immediate refund for the unjustly charged amount to my credit card.
