Zara Order Charged Twice Despite Single Purchase - Refund Needed

On 27 November, I placed an order on Zara’s online store with order number 54473862298. For this purchase, my card was charged twice in the amount of ₺14,469, even though I only made a single order. This is not the first time I have encountered this kind of problem with Zara. Despite this, the person conducting the investigation handled the situation in a very superficial way and was not able to reach any concrete result. When I contacted Zara customer service about the double charge, I was told that only one payment had been taken and that I should contact my bank, even though my account clearly shows two separate charges for the same amount for this order. This ongoing issue and the lack of a serious investigation have significantly damaged my trust and make me feel unsafe using my card for Zara purchases. I request that the extra payment be identified and refunded to me as soon as possible, and that I receive clear confirmation once this refund has been processed.
