It seems like I need to chime in with everyone else who's having a tough time with DS Damat's return process. Returning a product here has been such a pain—everything is done by hand, and it takes forever. The shop where I got the item reached out to the head office, but I haven't heard anything back yet. The store staff look just as confused as I am, with no news or timeline to give me. It's been almost a month, and my return still isn't sorted out. This experience has made me think twice about shopping here again. This process is really complicated and not efficient at all, so it’s obvious that returns aren’t a big deal for this company.
