Defective Creams and Disappointing Customer Service at Yves Rocher

I bought Yves Rocher's day and night creams, and they went bad just a month after I opened them. They have a strong, unpleasant odor that prevents them from being used. When I visited the store, an employee informed me that the smell was caused by the content of the 'white' series and that it appeared shortly after opening. She even let me smell a tester, which had the same disagreeable odor. I stated that I was unable to use the products due to the odor and requested that appropriate action be taken. The employee mentioned contacting the manager and returning in an hour for a response. After an hour, I returned to the store (Ankara - Kentpark) to learn that there was no spoilage or odor problem with the cream and that they couldn't help me. It's disheartening to see a company put its customers in a bind due to defective products.
