Yemeksepeti Priority Delivery Failure

Out of frustration and helplessness, I’m left with no choice but to write here. I placed a ₺1600 order through Yemeksepeti and even paid extra for priority delivery to avoid delays. Hungry and waiting, I checked the app, where it kept showing that my order was “being prepared.” As the delivery time kept getting pushed back, I tried reaching out to customer support but only got automated replies and couldn’t connect to anyone. No phone numbers either.

The payment was taken in advance, but if we hadn’t called the restaurant ourselves, we’d have had no idea that they hadn’t even received the order due to a lack of available couriers. So, Yemeksepeti charges you upfront but doesn’t deliver on its promises. Worse, they didn't even send the order to the restaurant! Why was my payment taken then?

After 1.5 hours of waiting, I was left embarrassed in front of my guests with no food and my money stuck in a pending refund. This is nothing short of deception. Keep up the good work—this is surely how to gain customers.
