On April 24th, around 1:00 AM, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti. After waiting approximately 40 minutes, the application showed that the order was given to the courier. However, while the courier was still 3 km away from my address, the status was updated to "order delivered," but I never received my order. I immediately contacted Yemeksepeti customer service and was told to wait for 10 minutes. After this time, my order still hadn't arrived, so I contacted them again. This time, a support representative named E*** S*** connected with me. I explained the situation in detail and clearly stated that I did not want a refund but wanted my order to be sent. Despite my request, Ms. E*** S*** ended the chat without any explanation. I have never encountered such an indifferent and customer-neglecting support team in my life. Following this, I was unable to reach the courier who supposedly delivered my order, the restaurant, or customer support again. It is currently 2:30 AM, and I have been left hungry for a full hour and a half. Yemeksepeti's unacceptable behavior and the low priority they seem to give to customer satisfaction have shocked me. Their leading position in the sector should not lead them to believe they are indispensable to their customers. As a result of this negative experience, I will be deleting the Yemeksepeti application immediately. I hope this complaint is taken into consideration and that necessary measures are taken to prevent similar grievances in the future.
