I would like to report a serious issue regarding the delays in my recent orders. Due to my busy work schedule, I frequently use Yemeksepeti and rely on it for most of my meals. However, for the past four days, my breakfast orders from the same restaurant—despite being prepaid and marked as priority—have consistently arrived in an unacceptable 2-hour timeframe instead of the promised 30 minutes. Each time, I reached out to your support team, but all I received was a generic “we are handling it” response, with no actual resolution. When I contacted the restaurant directly, they informed me that my order was prepared immediately, but the courier never arrived to pick it up. This explains why my food was always delivered cold. During my most recent order, I reached out to customer support three times, emphasizing that I am pregnant and urgently needed my order. However, the system kept misleading me by stating that my order would arrive in “10 minutes,” only to keep extending the delivery time again and again. Even after 2.5 hours, my order was still not delivered. The lack of attention from the support team, their failure to read messages carefully, and their inability to resolve the issue have severely damaged my trust in this platform. I kindly request that you address this situation and take the necessary actions regarding the courier service.
